How Peppered works

Our development roadmap is led by our community of venues who make new feature requests which we then release every three weeks. That’s why Peppered is the only CMS built specifically for venues by venues.

What do I get out of my Peppered licence fee?

It’s not sustainable to pay a large lump sum upfront, every three to five years, to develop features we know all venues need every time a new website is built. It only adds extra cost and burden to the digital operation of venues. Instead, Peppered gives you access to all our features, right out of the box, for an annual fee, making investment much smoother.

Evolutions, not revolutions

Peppered CMS has already been designed specifically for arts and culture venues. But we continually develop the platform, bringing new features every three weeks without passing the cost on to you.

Community-led platform

We encourage our community of users to request features and changes to help them grow. Once built and released, the rest of the community can also make use of the new feature. We believe collaborating like this is key to helping our sector thrive.

All-inclusive service

Get all the bells and whistles without ever having to pay extra. Whether it’s round-the-clock access to our human support team, licence to request features from our development team, or changes to your website, we’re always ready to help.

"Before Peppered, our website had a number of restrictions – with content updates often needing agency support – and we couldn't properly showcase our artistic programme. Now our digital team has the creative freedom to craft engaging digital experiences. The platform's flexibility means we can respond quickly to opportunities, and it is incredibly exciting to be part of a community of venues all contributing to the platform's evolution."
